My Brother Alephs, I am proud and excited to be your S'gan for the 2010 summer term! These next few months will not be easy, we still have a slump in recruitment and retention which we need to officially pull out of, and we need to make sure to retain our financial freedom. In addition to all this, over the next six months we need to make some big changes in our chapter's programming. Last term we instituted a new programming system, where we take some of the best events done by other chapters, and redo them in our own chapter to make them even better. In addition to this, we threw out the system where one person plans the entire event, and instead put in a system where one person oversees the event, but has multiple people planning programs for the event. This term we are going to keep some aspects of this system, and throw out other ones. Though we are going to retain the idea that there will be one person overseeing the event, and multiple programmers working on the event, other than that we will change everything we can. Gone are the days when the schedule of each event looks exactly the same as every other event. This term is all about breaking the status quo of programming, and doing something completely different! I am excited to be working with each and every one of you individually over the next six months, and I am confident that we will succeed!
Fraternally Submitted, With Undying Love, For Simon Wiesenthal AZA #2524 I remain your S'gan for the 2010 summer term, Aleph Guy Singer
